OVERVIEW

 

Entrepreneurship is the corner stone of the commercial world . Entrepreneurship exposes students to learning how to exercise complete control over how a business functions and how it will proceed into the future, by learning about capital management, product development and global business, alongside aspects of accounting, marketing and finance relevant to running a business. Entrepreneurship qualifications set you up with staring up your own business or qualify you to work as a consultant for others undertaking this project.

 

SPECIALISATION

Accounting
Accounting is a way of communicating the financial health of an organization to current and future investors. The broad types of accounting include: Taxes, Payroll, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping and Auditing. Students will focus on how to shape financial practices within a business, the application of accounting principles to make financial decisions and how these may affect the bottom line.

 

Advertising
Advertising focuses on the creation  and administration of  advertising campaigns, products and services presentation  to potential consumers and how to use modern technology tools.

 

Business law
Business Law, also known as Commercial law, focuses on  the rights, contracts and conduct of people and businesses engaged in commerce and industry. Commercial Law also considers elements of economics, business, management and finance

 

Marketing
Marketing focuses on how to attract customers and promote products and services. Students are exposed to advertising, merchandising, promotion, statistical analysis and campaign tracking, and will use case studies to research, analyse and evaluate the success of  marketing strategies.
